Parents/Guardians, at the first class please remain and allow 15 minutes for registration (children will need an adult signature to participate). All individual classes are $25.00, paid on site at the class, and are part of a 4 week program. For households registering more than one child from the same address, 20% discounts are available. On the final class,certificates of completion will be awarded to every participant.
Participants are asked to bring their own bottle of water and are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay and observe the class, though to those who are picking up a child, please arrive 10 minutes before the class's end. Thank you!

Workshops are conditional to the number of participants. Should a workshop not have sufficient numbers, you will be notified of the cancellation by email or text at least 2 days prior to the first class.
Ages 7-12, Introductions to Acting.
Tuesdays, July 3, 10, 17, 24.
3:00-5:00 pm, Cobden Legion, 43A Main Street, Cobden, ON.
In this workshop, participants will learn some basic theater conventions, such as a brief history of the stage and stage directions, and will explore the elements of drama such as defining role/character with their body and voice, setting a time and place, exploring costumes, reading a script, and of course, improv games! (All activities will be based on the Primary and Junior Ontario Curriculum for Drama.)
